The project needed to move from zero to live launch in under 14 days.
There was no approved sitemap, design, or content plan—and no domain. Just an informal powerpoint full of concepts for what needed to be published. Meanwhile, the mobile apps were already in the app stores without a viable marketing or awareness platform to drive installs.
