Project Solution.

mySwaddle’s marketing team had a sudden need: launch a complete website in under two weeks to align with national PR and visibility efforts. At the time, mySwaddle had no web presence beyond a single page on the Holista Health site, and no owned domain. Leadership recognized the need to rapidly establish credibility while laying the groundwork for future campaigns and user adoption.

Referred to Ascedia by a trusted contact, the mySwaddle team was looking for a high-trust partner known for delivering professional, fast-turnaround WordPress solutions—without sacrificing long-term scalability, performance, or brand integrity.
The project needed to move from zero to live launch in under 14 days.

There was no approved sitemap, design, or content plan—and no domain. Just an informal powerpoint full of concepts for what needed to be published. Meanwhile, the mobile apps were already in the app stores without a viable marketing or awareness platform to drive installs.

Key challenges included:
  • No domain ownership or web infrastructure
  • No sitemap, designs, or content strategy in place
  • Leadership needing visual iteration in real time
  • PR commitments that couldn’t shift
  • Tight budget and startup resource constraints
The mySwaddle team clearly needed a partner who could rapidly deliver, while ensuring the site was performance-ready, SEO-friendly, and flexible enough to evolve with future campaigns.

Fast-Track Launch Strategy
  • Secured domain at auction and configured DNS
  • Used proven AVADA theme framework for speed and layout flexibility
  • Mapped loose content and stakeholder ideas into a clear, intuitive content structure
  • Designed and built the site directly in WordPress for rapid visual iteration
  • Integrated subtle animations and interactive visuals for engagement without bloat
  • Hosted on Pantheon for scale, speed, and security
Performance & Marketing Infrastructure
  • Set up Google Tag Manager + GA4 from day one
  • Optimized page performance and technical SEO foundations
  • Created rebuilds of charts/visuals for clarity and accessibility
  • Provided mobile-first, ADA-compliant layout using AVADA’s core components
  • Staged campaign content in Pantheon multidev environments to align with PR timing
Strategic Communication & Workflow
  • Worked in daily sync with marketing leadership for iterative feedback
  • Transparent pricing, clear scope, and flexible collaboration
  • Built with future campaigns and landing pages in mind
While traffic is still modest—expected for a newly launched brand—the site has already begun to demonstrate its strategic value as a credible public-facing platform for mySwaddle. With baseline analytics now in place and SEO foundations solid, the digital presence is positioned to support growth in 2026 as national campaigns begin to roll out.
  • Site launched on time and under budget, aligned to PR schedule
  • Stakeholder satisfaction high, with positive reception from partners and funders
  • Traffic slowly ramping up, as the brand begins outreach and campaign rollout
  • Clean GA4 & GSC data now available from day one for future analysis
  • Core visibility metrics:
    • 1,954 views since launch (April 2025–Jan 2026)
    • 698 active users
    • 87 clicks from branded search (“myswaddle”) at 64.4% CTR
    • Average engagement time: 57 seconds
    • Core Web Vitals passed
    • Zero SEO errors or broken links
Ascedia continues to support the mySwaddle team as new needs emerge. The site was built to scale with traffic, content, and campaigns—without requiring rework.
Key points of ongoing value:
  • Pantheon multidev staging allows seamless campaign and promo testing
  • Custom GA4 tracking supports insight across mobile app and site
  • Training and support provided to internal stakeholders
  • The flexible framework can support reward integrations, partner pages, and more
  • Built-in scalability for upcoming national promotions and health plan adoption
