Select MKE came to Ascedia with a big goal: to completely redefine their online presence. Ascedia stepped up with a multifaceted strategy to promote the organization’s products, services, partnerships and vision to a broader audience of home buyers and home owners in the Greater Milwaukee area.

A Refreshed Brand Drives New Interactions

Ascedia refreshed the Select Milwaukee brand and provided them with a new logo, email template, PowerPoint template and outdoor signage. Ascedia leveraged the legacy beCause grant matching program to provide Select Milwaukee with a new website that is integrated into a WordPress CMS. The new site allows users to read homeowner success stories, register and pay online for seminars and events, download important information and easily contact Select MKE. We also aligned all social media profiles to reflect the new brand and website.

New Interactions Bring Big Results

The Select Milwaukee site went live in April 2014 and traffic has been consistently growing ever since. Not only were most of the orientation classes and Lift seminars almost full through June, we also noticed big increases in sessions, new sessions, new users, page views and average duration. One year later:

  • Sessions up 135.98%
  • Users up 80%
  • Pageviews up 186.96%
  • Pages per session up 21.60%
  • Average time on page up 37.07%

Select Milwaukee has also seen a big increase of interactions on mobile devices:

  • Mobile represents 35.11% of sessions
  • Mobile up 80%
  • Tablet up 186.96%

Social media interactions have also gone up 465.69%.
