Project Brief.

Ascedia has supported GE HealthCare initiatives for over a decade—including its Command Center programs and multiple special projects. In Fall 2023, we began a new engagement with the Digital Pharma Solutions (DPS) group, a specialized division focused on helping pharmaceutical partners reach patients earlier in their care journey using GE HealthCare’s AI-driven technologies.


This initiative required a nimble, full-service partner to bypass internal CMS limitations and deliver campaign landing pages that could evolve quickly based on audience response and content readiness. DPS was launching a brand-new outreach program from the ground up, with no pre-existing contact database, content infrastructure, or marketing automation tools in place.

  • Enabled progressive profiling and segmentation through HubSpot CRM
  • Configured GA4, GTM, and HubSpot for detailed campaign measurement
  • Integrated analytics with HubSpot to track content performance and lead quality
  • Implemented lead vetting tools and workflows provided by the sales team to prioritize qualified opportunities
  • Delivered recurring reports and optimization insights through Basecamp and meetings

Project Outcomes.

This multi-month campaign established a scalable marketing engine for Digital Pharma Solutions, delivering qualified leads directly to internal stakeholders. It significantly improved campaign agility and enhanced reporting transparency compared to previously used internal tools. In addition, it laid the groundwork for future efforts by creating a repeatable content and campaign framework that can be leveraged across upcoming initiatives.
