Account Supervisor

Ascedia is seeking a talented Account Supervisor to join our team. This is an excellent career opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual interested in collaborating with a team of innovative, driven, seasoned marketing and interactive professionals to deliver intelligent solutions for a variety of accounts. The ideal candidate must have agency account management experience, be organized, detailed-oriented and have excellent communication skills. The Account Supervisor will be able to lead many day-to-day projects for a variety of clients, while providing thoughtful recommendations that generate growth for clients and Ascedia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic client and agency advocate that is dedicated to the mutual success of both the client and the agency.
  • Overall leadership of the client relationship, including the success, profitability and growth.
  • Proactively develop and present interactive recommendations and solutions to clients with collaboration of coworkers.
  • Work closely with internal agency departments, other agencies, third parties and clients for successful development and implementation of programs and services.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned client's products, services, marketplace, competition and any/all pertinent information.
  • Proactively monitor programs and make adjustments as needed to mitigate risk with timelines, budgets, or deliverables.
  • Maintain expertise in interactive and marketing solutions in order to understand service offering and changing environments.
  • Assist in the development, motivation, and training of team members.
  • Initiate proposals, estimate approvals and traffic requests while adhering to agency best practices and procedures.
  • Prepare, approve and track monthly billing and budgets for assigned accounts.
  • Facilitate communication, status and meetings with client and team.

EXPECTATIONS:

  • High client engagement; must be able to lead meetings, present ideas, and monitor scope and budgets on many mid- to large-scale engagements concurrently
  • Positive and respectful relationships are developed and maintained with clients and coworkers
  • Obtain documented approvals of all work, estimates, change requests
  • Accurate and prompt time entry
  • Work under the guidance and oversight of VP of Professional Services

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • BA/BS in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of account management experience
  • Understanding of interactive marketing
  • Strong presentation, written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Focus on results and high work ethic
  • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
  • Interactive marketing or development experience a plus
