Ascedia developed a new website for Telling the Truth (TTT) that incorporated a new design and navigation, search engine optimization, social media plug-ins and a new online eStore. The addition of the eStore allows their followers to purchase and download the ministry’s popular broadcasts. A major goal of the project was to enhance the user experience and to improve TTT’s own management of the site. Ascedia integrated a Sitefinity content management system that allows TTT to easily update and edit all areas of the new site. Ascedia also implemented back-end revenue tracking with Google Analytics and gave TTT the ability to create customized promotional donation pages that are easily editable in Sitefinity.
Visitors can now make recurring donations and have a seamless user experience on the site. Overall engagement has increased, the bounce rate is nearly 16% below industry average and the pages per visit are more than 42% over industry average. Better yet, TTT converted over $20,000 in add-on donations in the eStore since launch, which helped grow their revenue.
