A Traditional Reading Program Goes Digital

Rowland Reading Foundation (RRF) was founded in 2003 to improve reading instruction in pre-K through second grade. They produce instructional materials and sell them to schools in the United States. The Superkids, a reading program for kindergarten through second grade was entirely print-based. Ascedia was tasked with developing a “Teacher’s Portal” extranet, where teachers could access purchased content and share it with their students in an interactive and engaging way. Ascedia has worked with Rowland Reading since 2010 and currently provides hosting services and consultation as needed.
