The website redesign and launch was part of a larger rebranding campaign for Elite Aesthetics Wellness Spa. Elite wanted to provide additional content, photography and videos to enable users to virtually experience the spa before their visit and increase confidence in booking. The site also needed to meet the needs of mobile users with a responsive design and drive online bookings through clear calls-to action. It was also critical to integrate new promotions and features and keep the content fresh so that clients would keep coming back to the site – and the spa.
Ascedia designed and developed the rebranded website on an abbreviated timeline in order to launch by Black Friday, one of the biggest shopping days of the year, and support increased sales volume for gift certificates and service packages. The project sought to not only recreate the brand digitally but also implement enhanced booking and new e-commerce functionality on a tight timeline. The website also needed extensive content development to support SEO and clearly communicate the spa’s service offering, which had changed significantly since the original website’s launch. The team chose the Kentico CMS of its ease of use, robust functionality and simple administration.
