Travel Green Wisconsin

The Wisconsin Department of Tourism provides leadership and guidance to Wisconsin's tourism industry to ensure that tourism is a top contributor to the state's economy and quality of life. The Wisconsin Environmental Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing together business, government and citizen groups in a neutral forum to address environmental issues affecting Wisconsin. 

Ascedia, a leader in developing interactive marketing solutions for the tourism and non-profit industries, is please to announce the Wisconsin Department of Tourism and The Wisconsin Environmental Initiative have hired Ascedia to develop a new web site and portal to promote environmentally friendly travel suppliers.  The new site will be called Travel Green Wisconsin.  The web site will be located at www.travelgreenwisconsin.com when it is launched this Spring.  The site will feature program details and the ability to apply for Travel Green status.
