Ascedia Developing Wisconsin Department of Tourism eCRM Program

The Wisconsin Department of Tourism provides leadership and guidance to Wisconsin's tourism industry to ensure that tourism is a top contributor to the state's economy and quality of life. Today, Ascedia announces being engaged to develop a web-based CRM system allowing the Department the ability to segment, track, and deploy targeted e-marketing communication programs. The system, through a single interface, will allow department staff to manage its online customer database more effectively in driving value through target marketing and content programs.
