RFT Expanding With Online Knowledgebase

Ascedia has been hired by RF Technologies to expand the current web customer service programs and will be implementing an online knowledgebase accessible to technicians via a authenticated extranet.  The site will provide access to documentation, patches, technical bulletins and training materials.  The new system is scheduled for deployment in January 2006.
