Today the Wisconsin Department of Tourism unveileds an exciting flash based fishing game. The game features Wisconsin fish, ready to be angled in three challenging locations. Players will need to skillfully manage their lines and reels in order to catch fish and score points. The game also serves as an educational tool about the Wisconsin fish that fill our lakes, rivers, and streams.

The creative approach was loosely based upon the Wisconsin Fish Poster, available at Wisconsin's travel information centers throughout the state.

Ascedia's creative team developed creative mock-ups, story boards, and alpha and beta versions of the Flash game before final production. This allowed the game development to stay as close to budget and deadline as possible while allowing for improvement and adjustments of the final project along the way.
