Ranked as the “Best Waterpark in the World” for 18 consecutive years, Schlitterbahn approached Ascedia’s digital experts in 2014 to update its website and create a fresh look that reflects the waterpark experience. With a tight four-month timeline launch the website, Ascedia built a waterpark website using Kentico CMS, focusing on developing a responsive website to improve user experience, increase mobile accessibility and expand booking and e-commerce capabilities. The new website showcased the waterpark while allowing users to easily explore and plan their trip to Schlitterbahn, and the easy-to-use Kentico CMS improved administrative control and simplified site management.
