NAME AND TITLE
Luanne Wojciechowski -- Interactive Marketing Specialist
MY TYPICAL WORKDAY
Google Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Analytics. But really, I spend most of my time mining data so I can help our clients better understand how users interact with their digital platforms. That data is then translated into brainstorming sessions, strategies, monthly meetings, media campaigns, creative, etc.
HOW I CHOSE MY CAREER PATH
I was that little kid who never stopped asking “why?” While I realize that I’ll never know everything, I love that data allows me to keep seeking new answers to my questions. Plus, data is a powerful medium for driving conversations. I enjoy bringing different groups around the table to connect the dots.
MY FAVORITE THING ABOUT WORKING AT ASCEDIA
I was initially attracted to the fact that we are a Top Workplace in Wisconsin and have a digital-only focus. Once I became a part of the team, it became clear that there are a lot of very creative, entrepreneurial and innovative people here. My favorite part is that we’re growing – which means we are always trying fresh things, we make learning a priority and new cultural traditions are being created every day. Plus, who doesn’t like Beer 30 and office puppies?

BEST PIECE OF CAREER/PROFESSIONAL ADVICE I'VE RECEIVED

LAST BOOK READ
All the Light We Cannot See by Anthony Doerr
PERSON I'D MOST LIKE TO MEET (LIVING OR DEAD)
Erik Larson, author of The Devil in The White City and a series of my other favorite books.
I'm a newlywed! My husband is the most energetic, passionate, caring person I know. He reminds me to enjoy life’s roller-coaster.
WHAT I DO IN MY SPARE TIME
Exploring new places – be it restaurants, state parks or historic places. I love getting lost and trying something new.
I can memorize the most random facts, if you’d consider that a talent?
MOST MEANINGFUL ACCOMPLISHMENT
At my previous employer, I was asked to help lead the marketing team through strategic re-visioning and a restructure. I’m proud of that process because I got to be a part of a team that transformed processes, rallied around holistic goals and brought silos together. It felt good to be an agent of positive change and taught me to how think about the big picture.
